  • Verification Data: Screenshots of social media analytics uploaded for verification purposes, which are analyzed by automated systems.
  • Payment Information: We collect payment details through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications: Messages exchanged between creators and brands through our platform, and any communications with our support team.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and IP address.
  • Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions and improve user experience.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Social Media Platforms: When you connect your YouTube account via OAuth, we receive your channel statistics including subscriber count and view metrics.
  • Payment Processors: Stripe provides us with transaction confirmations and limited payment information necessary for processing.

3.1 With Other Users

Creator profiles (including display name, bio, social media metrics, and categories) are visible to brands browsing the marketplace. Brand information is shared with creators when they place bids or win auctions. Transaction details are shared between the parties involved in a deal.

3.2 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service:

  • Stripe: Payment processing and creator payouts
  • Supabase: Database and authentication services
  • OpenAI: Automated analysis of verification screenshots
  • Google: YouTube OAuth authentication

3.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CreatorBids, our users, or others.

3.4 Business Transfers

If CreatorBids is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
